- Décor orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
ARE CALIBRATION SESSIONS REQUIRED?
- Yes. Our goal is to ensure we meet your overall expectations. This foundational step is critical to the success of your project.
WHAT IS THE INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS?
- Upon the completion of our calibration session and agreed-upon terms, the invoice is sent to the client within 48 hours. A retainer is required and must be paid seven days prior to the service start date. No exceptions.
- Accepted clients will receive specific guidance with the questionnaire regarding photo submission and space dimensions. Next, our team will create multiple mock designs and will submit them back to you for your review and approval.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
- All sales for services and décor are final.
