Shipping policy

We ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed for shipping. Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed, an email confirmation with tracking information will be provided. Please note that the transit time is based upon your location. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and expedited services are not available at this time. 

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. The issue will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved, as we will require photographic evidence of the damage. Please contact the carrier directly if you’ve not received a package that states delivered.

All sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
