We kindly request that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed for shipping. We want you to enjoy your decor as soon as possible, so our goal is to fulfill orders quickly. Upon processing your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please keep in mind that transit time is based upon your location. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received, and expedited services are not currently available.

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. The issue will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved, as we will require photographic evidence of the damage. Please contact the carrier directly if you have not received a package marked as delivered.

All sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
